There is so much to consider when buying or selling a home, why not leave it to the professionals?  A home inspection from CPI will help shed light on vital information that you likely wouldn't have caught until after the you purchased the home.

There is no pass/fail for a home inspection.  We will inspect the home and inform you of our findings with a detailed home inspection report.  If a major issue is found, the seller may be held responsible to fix it before the home is sold.

It is not required for you to be present, but it is a good idea if you'd like some additional insight into what we find when inspecting..  We will provide a very detailed report after the inspection to ensure that you are informed regardless.
